They tried to charge me over $1,000 for something I was able to do on my own for less than $300. One of the line items was for clearing leaves from around the engine. I was able to do this by myself in about 10 seconds with a leaf blower. They also tried to me over $2,000 to replace the engine mounts and trans mount. I can’t do that myself, but parts are under $200 on Amazon. I can’t see how labor costs could exceed $1,800 on a job like that. I also had to ask questions several times to get a straight answer. This kind of place is why mechanics have reputations for being untrustworthy.

Had a transmission issue with a four year old car. Hank and his Technicians got on the job quick, fast and very professional! Found the issues and gave me options for the solution. Definitely making it my “go-to” for all my families mechanic issues! Thanks Hank!

This has been my car maintenance shop for many years. This is not a huge operation with lots of expensive overhead. Hank, the owner, always greets me when I come in and we discuss what work needs to be done. After the shop gets started with my car, Hank always calls me to re confirm what will be done, including options and cost estimates. When the work is complete, Hank goes over what was done and answers my questions. The work is always done in a timely fashion, with no big surprises. I've always been satisfied with the work. The whole operation is very organized, clean and professional. Dealing directly with the owner is reassuring, knowing everything will done to my satisfaction.
