Very knowledgeable about my car, and service was great

I have been taking my vehicles to oak hill automotive for repairs and routine maintenance for many years. Hank gets me in quickly, gives me an accurate estimate, and keeps me updated on progress. He is thorough and warns me when there is something that will need to be replaced soon, helps me prioritize based on safety and immediacy if there are multiple issues, and answers my questions respectfully. The last few years, I’ve usually waited for my same-day service in the waiting room. Hank is consistently professional and courtesy with both walk-ins and his many repeat customers.

This team is so easy to work with. I had a funny smell that didn’t go away. They diagnosed the issue, called to get approval on recommended resolution and made recommendations to help us prevent the issue from occurring again. On top of all that- with parts and labor, the cost is still so reasonable. I’m thankful to have a team I can trust when my suv needs service or repairs. Thank you!!

These guys are no nonsense professionals. You take your car in, tell him what the issue is, you get a quick, accurate, and reasonable estimate of what needs to be done, and then they simply do it. Highly recommend these guys.
