Horrible service!! I went there for inspection, and they told me inspection would take 45 minutes. OK, being a patient customer and still having 50 minutes to rush to the county office made it not that bad. 45 minutes passed, my car was still in the parking lot. Finally it took me 1 hr for a inspection and the county office had already shut down!!! I complained and they said, " YOU COULD CHOOSE ANOTHER INSPECTION STATION NEXT TIME. " Shame on those people.

Great service and customer service

Keeping a nine-year-old Cadillac rolling smoothly down the road is never an inexpensive option, but these guys never try to upsell or hustle me into spending more than needed to keep the car working and safe for the family to use. They never make false promises about when it will be ready, either. I may have to give up on maintaining the Cadillac, but I will not give up on taking whatever car I have to be serviced here. Why a 9 and not a 10, then? Because some of my friends and colleagues prefer glad-handing hustlers -- I don't know why -- and that's just not the style of Oak Hill Automotive.
