I really appreciate Oak Hill Automotive's excellent service. Hank is great and the repair work has always been done correctly. They are super professional and organized and just seem to be on top of it all. Normally I would give an Excellent rating but this time I'm going to give a 4 star, Above Average rating due to a huge oil/grease spot on our van's cloth seats! I was really disappointed to see this when I picked up our van. We've had our cars in many times and this is the first time this has happened. I'm going to chalk it up as a one time oversight this time.
