First time using Oak Hill, and overall very satisfied. Service was pre-scheduled and upon arrival they immediately began work. Too many places allow scheduling, and when you arrive they don't begin work until 30 minutes later. The facility is very clean with complementary beverages. I had a front end alignment done, and though their price was a bit higher than the competitors, I think it's worth it. I will most definitely recommend and also use again in the future.

As usual, it was a pleasant experience and know my car is ready for the long three-month trip to Mexico. Thanks!

The communication and service was excellent. I completely trust Oak Hill Automotive and know that they are taking good care of our vehicle and us. My only little "complaint" is that it seems a little on the expensive side. Not sure that their prices are completely competitive with others, but their service, communication and expertise make up for it.
