The engagement with Oak Hill Automotive had been courteous and professional. Both Steve and Hank answered my phone calls and emails promptly and provided valuable technical information which helped me understand my car problem. They had kept me well informed of the progress of diagnostics, possible causes, gave me estimate and only performed work after checking with me. I felt very comfortable working with them.

I feel lucky to have found this shop!! Hank is so knowledgeable and also is a great communicator and so instead of increasing the stress that major repairs can bring, he actually helps to diminish my anxiety. I also love the way he has helped me prioritize needed repairs so that I can do what needs to be done immediately and then budget for the rest later. And I was in and out in a day too!!

I can never get out of the office in time to take care of things like State inspections...but the Boss let me go an hour early yesterday (Woo-Hoo!). I drove straight to Oak Hill hoping to get this task done. Well, it was around 4:30 when I got there and they were fully booked. This is my only means of transportation so I couldn't accept their offer of stopping by this morning. As I was leaving Steve stepped out and called me back to the office. His next inspection wasn't due until today so he took care of my vehicle. It was done in a matter of minutes and I am legal on the roads. Steve and Hank are AWESOME! I have had my inspection done at Oak Hill for the past few years and will continue to go there for ALL of my vehicle needs. Customer service at it's finest!
