Hank and the folks at Oak Hill Automotive saved my car. She was on the brink of death when the engine overheated, I thought she was a gonner!! The work was done on budget and quick, we were back on the road in no time!

I usually make an appointment, but since all I needed was a quick new-belts adjustment, I thought I could just show up early mid-week without causing any problem. Wrong! That Wednesday Oak Hill Auto was bustling with business. Even so, they worked me in somehow and made the belt adjustments within an hour. This team is always on top of its game and, in this instance, they exceeded my usual high expectations of them. Of course, next time (regardless of what I need done), I'll make an appointment.

This is a serious garage for real mechanical work, not a place that does oil changes and glances at your undercarriage. If you want to know that you can get safely from point A to point B, these guys provide the kind of assurance that you can depend upon. If want smarmy, stick to a car dealership; if you want to know the truth, listen to what these guys tell you.

I have been using Oak Hill Automotive for years to nurse along my 10-year-old, 222K miles car, before I finally had to purchase a new one. They saved me the cost of a new car along the way, by keeping my old car on the road twice as long as I thought I would continue to drive it. Now the good news is hopefully no more repairs for a long, long time. The bad news could have been not seeing my friends at the shop. However, they just took care of my first oil change in the new car in a far more efficient way than the dealer would have. Not only are they closer, they took me to work and picked me up at the end of the day... which is priceless.

Hank, I need to drop by and let you un-rotate my tires. This cadillac has different size tires on front and rear and they have t5hose inflation sensors in them. They aren't supposed to be rotated. Thanks, runs great. John

Inspection+oil change sounds like an inconvenient chore. This time it was a pleasure. I enjoyed fresh coffee and read at ease in the leather sofa, and was on my way to work by 8 AM.
