I am impressed with the people, the clean environment and the work done on my car. However, here was some confusion on my part as to procedures used at Oak Hill. I was expecting to receive a call to let me know what was discovered during the 60,000 mile check up. Instead, I found out, after the fact, that items listed in an email following my last visit out there several months ago, were automatically addressed. I'm not questioning that those things needed to be done. I just didn't realize there would be no conversation before work was actually being done--such as costs, etc.
