AUSTIN AUTO REPAIR

I have been using Oak Hill Automotive for years to nurse along my 10-year-old, 222K miles car, before I finally had to purchase a new one. They saved me the cost of a new car along the way, by keeping my old car on the road twice as long as I thought I would continue to drive it. Now the good news is hopefully no more repairs for a long, long time. The bad news could have been not seeing my friends at the shop. However, they just took care of my first oil change in the new car in a far more efficient way than the dealer would have. Not only are they closer, they took me to work and picked me up at the end of the day... which is priceless.

As usual, on a scale of 1 to 10, you guys are an 11. Got my A/C fixed and everything's good now. I lost my sauna, but got my car back! Thanks!

Hank, I need to drop by and let you un-rotate my tires. This cadillac has different size tires on front and rear and they have t5hose inflation sensors in them. They aren't supposed to be rotated. Thanks, runs great. John

Inspection+oil change sounds like an inconvenient chore. This time it was a pleasure. I enjoyed fresh coffee and read at ease in the leather sofa, and was on my way to work by 8 AM.

As always everyone is great. Service top notch. They keep our cars in perfect condition and sends reminders when service is due.

Hank and Steve always provide thorough explanations of what's going on with your vehicle and good advice about when you need to make repairs. I've bought several used cars in recent years as my kids have needed them and their advice has helped me pick good cars and avoid some lemons.

I am a single woman of a certain age who could be easily targeted by certain car repair shops with less than stellar ethics. That is not the case at Oak Hill. These folks are not only very capable business men and knowledgable mechanics; but they are also caring in a professional manner. I feel I have friends there and will be loyal to such a shop for as long as I have my car!
