AUSTIN AUTO REPAIR

This was my first experience at Oak Hill Automotive. I found the personnel to be professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I plan to return there when the occasion arises.

Came in for a battery replacement right at the end of the day. No fuss, no hassle, they got it done at a reasonable price. And they thought my baby was cute!

I've been using this shop for a couple of years, for major and minor issues. Have gotten inspections and oil changes, all the way to major a/c repair and bad oil leak. They are always friendly and accomodating. I feel that they are honest and pricing is fair. (not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for!) I've not had a problem with communication nor being apprised of what is going on with my repairs. I had brake work done at one of the "chain" brake shops, and regretted later that I had not used Oak Hill. Oak Hill Automotive will continue to be my go-to shop for repairs.

I always feel like I am getting great service and most of all, honesty regardng my vehicle. Thank you all for both.
