I told the gentleman when I picked my car up that I’ve never had a more positive experience at an auto repair shop in my life - it’s amazing how professional and responsive Oak Hill Automotive is to their customers. This is my second visit and both are consistently better than expected. Really a great experience and appreciate how you operate.

I have a 2002 Jeep which I'm finding out is increasingly hard to find parts for. Hank and Oak Hill diagnosed a potential problem. I asked that they go ahead and fix it. Good thing. Turns out there was only one Jeep part in the country available. Everytime I've taken my car in they've been fast, knowledgeable, thinking about stuff that might happen in the future. Oak Hill is the best shop I've taken my car to locally or elsewhere. Thanks!

Great mechanic, honest and fair!

I take my cars here for state inspections and they're so much faster than other places I've been the last couple of years, and the staff is so friendly. The owner (I assume) has a really good rapport with the clientele and in listening to him talk to people in person and on the phone, I can tell he really pays attention and wants to make sure people are taken care of. This last time I even heard him tell someone it wouldn't make sense for them to pay him to fix something that's still under warranty, but he'd take a look at it while he was doing other maintenance and give them his opinion on what the problem is before they take it to the dealer to get it fixed. He really seems to care about providing good service, not just churning people through as quickly as he can.

Just got an alignment and an oil change. Quick turn around and great work. Been that way for a long time. Thanks.
