I have been to Oak Hill Automotive on three occasions. The first two were to request a routine inspection. The third was for maintenance. During my inspection, Hank Amor noticed that I had a tire light on and took the initiative to examine the issue. He discovered I had a nail in the tire. With that, he offered to repair the tire which he did. During my maintenance visit, Hank reported that his team adjusted/fixed the problem I had with my vehicle and while they were at it, they also took the initiative to check my spare tire and fill it with additional air which it needed. That is the kind of initiative that I appreciate from any company that provides service to my vehicle. In short, they care about their customers and know that none of us want to be on the side of the road late at night due to a safety hazard with the car we drive. Incidentally, when I visited the firm for an inspection, a woman in the waiting room told me she's been having her vehicles serviced by this firm for 11 years. Is there any wonder why???
