I gave a 1 b/c there’s no choice for 0 stars. Ran from work t get a vehicle inspection during my lunch hour. So unimpressed that no one approached my running car outside probably b/c the girl at the front desk was being picked up by her boyfriend who also left a running car outside. I walked into the front and asked if I could get an inspection and she they were closed at lunch for vehicle inspections and I asked what time they closed and she said at 5 but earlier for vehicle inspections which makes absolutely no sense. I asked so one is supposed to take from work to come on to get a vehicle inspection. And she rudely responded well “those are your hours”. I found this to be rude, bratty and unprofessional. When I later called for an explanation I was told those were the state hours of operation which was an appropriate response. If you ever wonder why businesses lose customers this is a prime example of why. Rude, unfriendly and just plain disrespectful to customers who run from work to find the time to get business accomplished on the little free time that one has. This is unacceptable. This child needs to learn how to act professionally and in a courteous manner to paying customers if they want them to ever return. I for one will not be returning. In fact I already found a much friendlier place to take my car even if this one is closer snd more convenient for me. It takes 3 secs to be nice to a customer but running off to lunch with a boyfriend and being funny in front of him to a customer was not the classy choice!

Absolutely amazing service. Took the time to tel me how and why my car was messing up. Fixed all my problems and made sure I was well taken care of. 100% will be using them for all of my car service needs.

The staff at Oak Hill Automotive is professional and pleasant. We have found a business that we will return to every time. Highly recommend Hank and his crew!

Replaced front low beam headlight. Excellent service and advice whether to change the one light or both. Love this place . NO BS, just the facts and very proficient.

We were traveling around Texas all the way from Wisconsin and while in Austin, our engine light starting blinking. The problem was a serious one but we were able to get our minivan into Oak Hill first thing in the morning. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it within hours. They were very helpful, detailed, and provided excellent advice for future care. If we were local, we'd be going to Oak Hill for all our maintenance needs. Our family was back on the road to enjoy the rest of our spring break trip and we made it back home to Wisconsin safely.
