I have been coming to OHA for nearly 2 decades and have never once had bad service. From the front desk to repairs, Hank and the crew at OHA have always made me feel welcomed and secured that I made the right choice. I simply cannot recommend them enough. I’d get a tow there before I trust anyone else.

My first time here for extended service on my Tacoma- thought I’d try someplace other than the dealer which was expensive. Was greeted promptly at my appointment time (Love it) and dropped truck off. Received follow up diagnostic call same afternoon with list of service recommended and quote. Hank explained in detail the work completed- picked up next day. They won me over and I will be a return customer.

They were able to fix my daughter's car within a few days of getting it. I was kept in the loop about issues with vehicle and they gave us options and let us know which were most critical. The price was a little expensive but I'm sure that was due to the Putin price hike and the Biden transitory inflation.

This was a stress free visit, they went over board to make it easy for me & I always feel like the service is exceptional & honest. I would not go any place else.
