Hank is very helpful. I brought my car in with a laundry list of things. All were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. They care about my vehicle and my safety. :) I always feel well taken care of.

Great place! Need to call ahead cause they are busy and that's because they are good. I actually understand everything they tell me. Don't feel like I'm being duped or scammed with extra or unnecessary charges. Love that the main guy seems to remember every car he's ever worked on! And most of the people too!

Hank at Oak Hill Automotive is honest, excellent, and has known exactly what needed to be done when working on our cars. We moved to South Austin but still go back to him, we hope he never leaves!

I had my oil changed at Oak Hill Automotive and had a great experience. Hank, the owner, was on site and took the time to explain what my car needed for the 60,000 mile service I have coming up in a few thousand miles. He did a great job of using analogy’s to help me understand what was going on in the vehicle. Alyssa, in the reception area is a nice and cheery person that welcomes you when you come in and checks you out at the end of your service with a smile. The work on the vehicle was taken care of in a timely fashion in a professional manner. I’ll absolutely be back
