For over 30 years, Oak Hill Automotive has NEVER failed to perform quality, trouble-free work for us. One can expect to pay as much as one would pay at a dealership, but I have never known ANY dealership to perform NEARLY as consistently as has Oak Hill Automotive. Year in, year out, decade in, decade out, sports cars, work trucks, engine rebuilds, periodic service, differential overhaul, electrical mysteries, whatever, it doesn't matter; if they work on it, they will figure out the problem and do the job right.

I've been a customer of Oak Hill Automotive for almost 20 years. They get all my repair business. I think they've done everything possible to my cars over the years. Hank and Steve will keep your car running right. They are honest with you about what needs to be done now, what needs to be done soon, and what can be put off. It can be hard to get in to the shop on short notice (and that right there should tell you something) but they will try to work you in in an emergency. I refer all my friends there without hesitation.

From my initial phone conversation, I came away with a positive view of this business. My alternator was out, and there were other maintenance concerns to address. Hank was knowledgeable about the vehicle model I drove and advised me accordingly. He was never condescending to this old lady, which I very much appreciate. Because I use my car for delivery runs, they were receptive to get my car back to me in a timely fashion. And they did so.
