I took it to them for a State Inspection, I needed bulbs for my car, they called me once they found this, said they would call if there were anything else, asked my permission to move forward. Once done they called me to pick it up. Excellent customer service, professional and nice staff.

This is by far the best mechanic shop in the area. Hank and his team are very knowledgeable, honest, and diligent. They figured out the problem, and fully resolved it without taking the opportunity to do far more than was needed (as we know some mechanics do), and charged me a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend.

Won't go anywhere else. Honest as the day is long. Good people with serious mechanical skills.

For over 30 years, Oak Hill Automotive has NEVER failed to perform quality, trouble-free work for us. One can expect to pay as much as one would pay at a dealership, but I have never known ANY dealership to perform NEARLY as consistently as has Oak Hill Automotive. Year in, year out, decade in, decade out, sports cars, work trucks, engine rebuilds, periodic service, differential overhaul, electrical mysteries, whatever, it doesn't matter; if they work on it, they will figure out the problem and do the job right.

Great local shop! Hank was very helpful over the phone and in person. They worked on my 2012 F150 (full brake job). Outstanding quality of work, clean, professional shop. I will be back for future service. Feels reassuring to have a shop that I trust so close to home!
