These guys are the most competent, reliable and communicative auto shop I've ever found. First-rate people and service. I keep saying good things about Oak Hill Automotive. That doesn't come easily for me, but truth is...THEIR SERVICE is GREAT. Overtime.

I sometimes go to lambs when the tire pressure light comes up and they do it in like 5mins as complimentary. It was 30mins before closing time and this place was on the way home, when I asked if they could check the tires, the owner was frustrated and said if I want that I had to wait 20-40mins until he finishes closing. Great way to shoo away when they don't want to help.

Very knowledgeable and informative on what needs to get done now and what can wait. Been using them for years on multiple cars, never disappointed.

Great service at a just price

I took my Suburban to Oak Hill for several issues and also a 100,000 mile tune up. They were attentive and responsive - and I never felt like they were trying to sell me on anything. They took the extra time to discuss all my options and made sure that all the parts were in house before having me drop the car for service. Great experience!

Awful customer service. I went couple times to get my inspection but they find an excuse not to do it.
