We have been using Oak Hill for all of our auto needs for over 15 years (at one time we have 5 cars in the family). Hank and team are the most honest folks in the car business I have ever dealt with in Austin or anywhere. They explain what you need today - prepare you for issues that MAY come up on your next visit and are always friendly and nice. I rarely refer friends to places because you can't depend on businesses to be consistent and provide same service level every time. Oak Hill does and we have referred 5 + friends to them and they are also satisfied. Class act and a class team. You will be satisfied when you use Oak Hill.

I have been going to Oak Hill since a search about 2006 indicated they were a highly rated service garage. An admitted picky car geek who has worked on my own cars for more than 50 years, it has always been a good experience. They have serviced three autos for me, even those with parts hard to find, and soon to add a fourth. They are also an invaluable source for advice regarding what new car to buy. Who knows better than the people who maintain and repair cars for a living? Their advice led to my fourth car which has been as trouble-free as they said it would be. I will continue to go to Hank, Steve and the crew as long as I can.

Really friendly staff, quick and very helpful. Everyone knew everyone and their families, good place to go. Very homey. Didn't get the typical automotive shop----I'm going to take this dumb young looking girl for all her money vibe (which I get a lot as young woman)----I would absolutely bring my vehicle back here, just for the simple fact that I felt comfortable and enjoyed the small amount of time I spent here. The staff really does seem to care, and do not give off the shuffle them in and out, make as much money as possible vibe. My family and I will be back. Thank you.

Top notch auto shop. Hank (owner) and Steve are great - professional, knowledgeable, and take pride in what they do. Good magazine selection and coffee while you wait. If you live in the area (or even if you don't) and need auto work, check them out. A+.

Hands down the best partners in auto care that we have ever had. Steve and Hank consistently review all options and offer recommendations based on our family's needs. Trustworthy and honest -- these men are a rare find. Whether your repairs are extensive or minor, you can take a deep breath and rest knowing a) you'll be given all of the options and b) you'll be taken care of. We are so thankful that someone recommended them to us some 10+ years ago. Wonderful people whose values show through in all that they do!
