After many years of trusting Oak Hill for all our auto repairs, we only have good works to say. Hank and Steve are like old friends that we see only now and then.

Nice service. Only went for be an inspection. Seems like they do a ton of inspections due to location. Likely have a wait for inspection.

Hank and Steve are always courteous and tell the truth...a rarity in my experience. May not be the least expensive, but the best value by far.

They are honest. They will tell you what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. Fair, competent, and friendly. These guys are solid!

Hank and team are the most honest folks in the car business I have ever dealt with in Austin or anywhere. They explain what you need today - prepare you for issues that MAY come up on your next visit and are always friendly and nice. I rarely refer friends to places because you can't depend on businesses to be consistent and provide same service level every time. I have been going to Oak Hill since a search about 2006 indicated they were a highly rated service garage. An admitted picky car geek who has worked on my own cars for more than 50 years, it has always been a good experience. They have serviced three autos for me, even those with parts hard to find, and soon to add a fourth. They are also an invaluable source for advice regarding what new car to buy. Who knows better than the people who maintain and repair cars for a living? Their advice led to my fourth car which has been as trouble-free as they said it would be. I will continue to go to Hank, Steve and the crew as long as I can.
