Best place ever. My battery was dead at 9am on a monday. i didn't have a chance to try and jump it till 130pm. when i did i called hank and said: hey my battery is dead , i jumped it so its on now. can i bring it in. I know its a monday mid day and you're probably very busy. And he said yes. i live about a mile from another bunch of repair shops, and live about 15miles from Oak Hill automotive, so you can see why it's worth the drive after I finish this rating. I got there at 230. when i turned off the car, it wouldn't start again, so i'm lucky it never died. Hank took it right in and said the battery is dead and needs to be replaced, but something is causing my batteries to die too quickly. He ran some tests and said it needed an alternator. With Oak Hill, I don't have to worry about questioning anything they say. They will not just fix or replace things unless they need to. I trust them with everything they say about my cars and I've been going to Hank for quite a few years now with all my cars. He said when i called him , he happened to order the alternator just in case that's what I needed, so the part was about to show up as we were speaking. He said he could have me out of there by 4pm. I said go for it. I can tell you that prices at an independent repair shop might be a tad higher than a chain, but it doesn't matter and is well worth the service I get there. Where else could I have done this and been on my way so quickly on a monday. No where. I highly recommend Oak Hill Automotive and the owner Hank and his manager Steve. I actually followed Steve over here years ago after he left Lamb's and so happy i did. What a difference these guys make for situations no one likes to have when your car doesn't work. I can't say much more than this. These guys are unbelievably fantastic.
