OHA is a very welcoming shop. They were able to take care of my window regulator the same day I called and are have always been very cordial and knowledgeable. I take one star off since someone working on my car obviously smokes and it stayed lingering inside the car. I am allergic and started coughing as soon as I got back in the car. If you have this health issue, make sure you ask if there is a non-smoking tech available before booking. Also, I found out online they had a $25 off special I qualified for but was not offered it in person, so check their website before visiting.

Oak Hill has been servicing my car ever since we moved here (from a more distant Austin area) about 9 years ago. They have consistently done thorough, professional work in a courteous, business-like manner and do not hesitate to suggest deferring work they believe to be unnecessary or premature.
