Good service and atention.......

I came in with a couple of simple repairs and I believe they made up thousands of dollars of unrelated issues and belittled me for the overall condition of my car. They ended up not fixing the problems I needed fixed and charging me nearly $2,000 for other questionable 'repairs!' Everything they attempted to fix got worse or showed no change! Initially they wanted nearly $8,000 for all repairs and I felt they were just trying to take all they could get. I could be wrong, but be careful!

No one likes to take their vehicle in for repairs. I was hearing and feeling noises and rattling that could not be diagnosed by other repair shops. Later in the day he called me to tell me what he found, how much it would cost to fix it and approximately when my vehicle would be ready. I was treated with respect and honesty. My vehicle was fixed to perfection and I would recommend Oak Hill Automotive to anyone that needs repair service.
