I have been going to Oak Hill Automotive for over 15 years. They have repaired Mercedes, BMWs, Chevrolets, Fords, Chrysler, a Cadillac, a 1965 Mustang, a 1969 Kaiser Jeepster and a 1985 Porsche 944 for me. Each and every time my cars were repaired right the first time and within the budget quoted. As you can tell from above, I am a car guy so I am very particular about having the exact problem addressed and corrected from a root-cause perspective. OHA earns my highest personal rating with a 100% hit rate on all my cars. I live 40 min from OHA yet they remain my repair shop of choice. The owner Hank A. is a man of integrity and he treats his staff very well. He has had the same mechanics working at his shop since I've been going there. That says a lot today. 5 stars from me!

Hank and Steve are super professional and do their best to work with the customer to get repairs done properly. Have been using OHA since 1989 or '90. Good guys and mechanics.

The best ever. The staff are competent, courteous, very helpful, generous, and patient with my all of my questions re: car repair. The waiting area is clean and neat, with magazines, coffee, water, and soft drinks. They drive me to work AND pick me up when my car is ready. Thanks to them I had 222,000 miles on my 10-year-old car before it finally breathed its last gas fume. I never plan to go anywhere else.

My most recent visit (2-9-16) was for a rather routine emissions evaluation test and it was completed in the timely, thorough, and courteous manner that distinguishes the Oak Hill Automotive operation.
