Yesterday I thought I might have a nail in my tire. I was not far from Oak Hill Automotive so I called and talked to Steve. He said to come on in and they would look at it right away! When I got there Hank greeted me after having not been there in so long. They immediately took my car to give it a once over AND squeezed in a much needed inspection! I LOVE YOU GUYS!

The guys went the "extra mile" pm diagnostics and fixing the problem.

Number 1 for service. I recommend it Highly. My vehicle was overheating at about 5:00 pm on Friday in bumper to bumper traffic. Made call to Oak Hill Automobile and they advised to bring it right out since I was only 5 minutes from them. They got on it immediately and had ordered parts that hey thought might be the problem. It turned out to be a module which they had to order. They were able to get me a rent a car to pick me up. They fixed my vehicle within an hour after receiving the part. Thanks to them I was able to have a great weekend.

Great as always. You worked me in when a warning light flashed on my way to work, on a Monday morning. We coordinated when you could pick my up from work that afternoon. It couldn't be easier. Thanks, guys, for all of your help.
