AUSTIN AUTO REPAIR

I had to get a jump start @ my work as I was leaving for the day. I drove right to Oak Hill Automotive and they squeezed me in even though they were very busy, I was on my way within an hour with a new battery. We have been doing business with Oak Hill Automotive for about 10 years now AND WE WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. PERIOD ! Not only are they TEXAS Family owned and operated , they treat you like family. They know their stuff and are kind , honest and really care about you and your vehicle. They really take pride in a job well done. Anybody that has dealt with an Automotive place knows what a rare breed that is these days. We can always depend on a good laugh with them and always leave with a smile. Not just Hank but everybody that works there are awesome human beings. We need a lot more like them in this world.

Always a great support. One of my cars we have had 18 years, a manufacturer that no longer is in existence, and nearly 200K miles on it. Yet, it runs well due to them keeping it maintained and finding parts for it, which is becoming increasingly difficult. They are just a phone call away if I feel I have an issue or potential issue. We have been using Oak Hill for all of our auto needs for over 15 years (at one time we have 5 cars in the family). Hank and team are the most honest folks in the car business I have ever dealt with in Austin or anywhere. They explain what you need today - prepare you for issues that MAY come up on your next visit and are always friendly and nice. I rarely refer friends to places because you can't depend on businesses to be consistent and provide same service level every time. Oak Hill does and we have referred 5 + friends to them and they are also satisfied. Class act and a class team. You will be satisfied when you use Oak Hill.
